What payment methods are accepted?

A: PayMe / FPS (Faster Payment System) / Cash on Delivery*
*Cash on Delivery is only applicable for SF Store pickup / SF door-to-door delivery.

Is there free shipping?

A: Free SF Express shipping on orders of HK$450 or more. For orders under HK$450, SF Express shipping fees will be collected upon delivery. You can choose to pick up your order at an SF Store / SF Locker / SF door-to-door delivery.

How long does shipping take?

A: Orders successfully placed before 6:00 PM daily will be shipped via SF Express on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the following day. SF Express delivery generally takes one to two working days.
